How can I join the Private Client List of MERIDIANART?

Click on the Home Page link, to go to the home page. On the home page, simply go to the bottom of the page and sent us your email. If you would like to send us more information, for example which is your preferred artist, then fill in the Contact Form and send it to us. The more information you can give us, the easier it is for us to exceed the expectations of our clients.

Can I get personalised advice?

MERIDIANART's commitment to the work is one of great depth and passion. MERIDIANART wish to convey their belief and enthusiasm to you, the client and will be only too pleased to answer any inquiries. Being part of our Private Client List will allow us to share with you the new and exceptional works of art which arrive from our artists. You can e-mail us anytime at advice@meridianart.co.uk. In most cases, you will receive a response within two business days.

How does MERIDIANART use my personal information?

We promise that personal information you provide will never be used by anyone outside of MERIDIANART. It is our policy not to loan, sell, or share customer information to anyone. For further details, please feel free to read our Privacy Statement.

Can I find out more about the artist or the work?

Very simple. MERIDIANART would be delighted to assist you with any further information we have on either the artist or the work you are interested in knowing more about. All you need do is contact us by e-mail us from the Contact Form or at clientsupport@meridianart.co.uk.

How do I purchase from MERIDIANART?

When you find a piece of work you are interested in, then contact us using the Contact Form. With our personal service we will make all the arrangements for you, after obtaining a few basic details. We currently do not offer on-line purchasing, as we are strong believers in personal service. Our Webmaster has yet to find a purchasing tool which is secure and which would uphold our ethos to a satisfactory standard. The day we do, you as our clients will be notified of this miracle! We do not believe in having technology for technologies sake, especially if it compromises our service to our clients.

How can I find out what the cost is in my own currency?

At MERIDIANART we appreciate the need of our International Private Clients to convert the Sterling UK prices of the works into their home currency. Available from the About Us page is a currency converter. It is free, easy to use and will remain open as long as you need it, for all your currency conversion needs.

Can I buy gift vouchers from MERIDIANART?

MERIDIANART offers art vouchers, as part of our Gifting Service, which are available in four denominations: £50, £100, £250 and £500. Simply email us for more details and we will send them, enclosed in a gift presentation card, either directly to you or to your requested recipient.

How do I use my MERIDIANART art voucher?

To redeem your MERIDIANART art vouchers you must email us at artvouchers@meridianart.co.uk. We will take the details of your art voucher Reference from you, together with your personal details. If you have an account already, through being a member of our Private Client List, your account shall be credited with the full value of the MERIDIANART art vouchers. If you are not on our Private Client List, no need to worry,  email us, and we can add you immediately. This account will be debited on receipt of your order. In the event that your order does not exhaust the credit provided with your MERIDIANART art vouchers, the outstanding credit balance will remain available for future purchases on the same terms. Please note that once the credit provided by your MERIDIANART art vouchers is exhausted no further transactions may be processed using it. Terms and conditions apply.

Will my painting arrive framed?

The paintings are all framed according to our artist specifications. The framing obviously differs between artists, and are included in the price of the work, where applicable. We would be delighted to provide details on the individual pieces if you wish to contact us. Where possible we will arrange a digital image of the frame to be emailed to you should you want to maintain the artist choice of frame. The frames are chosen very carefully for the individual piece.

How is the artwork shipped from MERIDIANART?

MERIDIANART use express carriers, who have parcel bar-code tracking systems in action. The carrier is dependant on the destination. The client is notified of the carrier, times and dates and any other details as soon as the information is available. We pride ourselves on our level of service and thus we do all the work ... you receive your new art!

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are dependant on the details of the work, for example the size, the destination (just down the road or Hong Kong?). The best thing is to contact us for a free specific quotation. Simply send us an email to shipping@meridianart.co.uk. MERIDIANART work very closely with the carriers we use and can therefore do everything possible to ensure that your order is delivered to you usually within five working days.

What shipping insurance is there for my goods?

The short answer is "yes". The level of insurance can be determined by you, the client. The carriers MERIDIANART use provide a tailored insurance scheme which depends on the details of the purchase and the destination. Contact us for more details.

Can I ship to a different location?

When will my artwork be shipped from MERIDIANART?

As soon as your order has been processed, your artwork will be shipped from MERIDIANART directly to your door.  You will receive information on your order as soon as it has been processed.

How long will my purchase take to arrive?

In most cases you can expect delivery within a week of the artwork leaving MERIDIANART.

What if my artwork arrives damaged?

What guarantee of authenticity will I get with my artwork?

MERIDIANART deal with exclusive artworks. Our artworks are directly from the artists themselves, which means that they're only available from  MERIDIANART. The works are signed by the artists and all, of course, are authenticated by them.

What type of browser should I use to view MERIDIANART?

MERIDIANART utilize many of the latest technologies available seen on the Internet today. These are supported by the latest Internet browsers. We recommend that you use versions 4.0 or above of either Netscape Navigator (especially recommended for Macintosh users) or Microsoft Internet Explorer. If you are using an older browser, we suggest you upgrade in order to enjoy best possible experience of the MERIDIANART site. Both the Netscape and Microsoft browsers can be easily downloaded from Netscape and Microsoft websites respectively.

How do I report problems I encounter on the MERIDIANART site?

If you experience any difficulties or encounter errors on MERIDIANART, please don't hesitate to email our Webmaster at technical@meridianart.co.uk, detailing the exact error messages returned, the time you experienced them, and the result of the error. We will endeavour to investigate the cause of the problem and rectify it immediately.
